We're not asking for a commitment, only for an indication that you might be willing to participate in a mission team. Based on the volume of interest in a given trip, we may plan to send a team from ACC, or we may try to hook you up with a team from another church or organization.

Alaska Christian College Mission Trip

What? Construction/work team at AKCC

Who? All ages over 12. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Hurry up! Limited space available.

We fly out Friday evening, June 20 and arrive in Anchorage around midnight. Then we take a 3 hour van-ride to AKCC. We will return to Anchorage Saturday afternoon, June 28th and fly out around midnight arriving home at about 7:00 am Sunday morning, June 29.

For those who want to stay longer, there are 2 possibilities in the works. One would be a work project in Anchorage. There would be little if any additional cost for that. The other would be one or two small teams going by small plane into bush Alaska. This idea is being developed and details will be available later. The additional plane ride could add $300 - $500 to the $900 trip cost. These extra activities might be the week before or the week after the week at AKCC.

Mexico Mission Trip

What? Family Mission Trip to Casa Hogar Orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico
When? July 12 - 17, 2008
How much? Estimated at $335 single or $850 for family of 4

Ministry to the children through Bible studies, crafts, sports plus some maintenance / construction work. Also some sightseeing.

Will drive there in 1.5 days and stay at a Holiday Inn in Mexico.
